for developing the Managed Long Term Services and Support (MLTSS) for New
Jersey State. MLTSS refers to the delivery of long-term services and supports
through New Jersey Medicaid's NJ FamilyCare managed care program. MLTSS
is designed to expand home and community-based services, promote community
inclusion and ensure quality and efficiency. Responsibilities: § Acted as a Business Analyst and onsite
coordinator in this project. § Responsible for Eliciting, analyzing and
validating the business requirements by working with key stakeholders and to
gather requirements by involving in various brainstorming sessions and to
deliver the best possible design approach that’s been agreed upon with the
business. § Responsible for defining the needs of key
stakeholders as they relate to providing stable applications for implementing
the business goals and then co-ordinate with offshore IT team to deliver
solutions that meet or exceed their expectations. § Responsible for preparation of system

responsible for developing Health Benefit Exchange (HBX) for District Of
Columbia State. Commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) systems are used to meet the
requirements. Different products used in this project are IBM CÚRAM
for developing the health portal, Connecture to send the
available plan details and Bennaissance to capture financial
details. Responsibilities: § Acted as an Onsite Coordinator in
this project. § Interacting with business for various
discussions and clarifications. § Coordinating with the business and the
development/testing teams for various clarifications/confirmations. § Requirements gathering from business and
make sure the understanding between the development team, business team and
other third party vendors are in sync. § Doing impact analysis of the given

(FLTCIP). The business implication behind this project is to provide customer
service, enrollment, education, underwriting, billing and collection, claims
payment, care coordination, and information technology services. Responsibilities: § Analyzing the business flows and perform
an impact analysis for the new requirements. § Estimation of the efforts for the given
requirements. § Responsible creating the ‘as-is’ and
‘to-be’ business process flows, Use case diagrams, ER diagrams,
recommendation documents, user manual and business case for the
organizational growth. § Preparing the High level and detailed
level design documents for the given requirements and also reviews the pear

re-imbursement and member service for different plan sponsors and enrolled
employees of this insurance company. This is a maintenance project, which
involves major and minor enhancements, end-to-end functionality testing
